Our people are critical to our future success. To be able to deliver our business strategy, we need skilled and capable employees. We hired 862 new employees in 2007. Growing our business in a strong economy and meeting the demographic challenge in the industry means we will need to recruit 925 more new employees per year over the next five years. Simply put, retaining and attracting a talented workforce is a key priority for us.
