As past successes and incident-free operations do not guarantee future success, Petro-Canada continues to reinforce and foster a culture where a focus on Zero-Harm and the fundamentals of health and safety are engrained in our facility design and business conduct. Our commitment to safety will be critical as we grow our business and deliver on seven major projects. Demonstrating the importance that we place on safety, our executive compensation includes a component of performance against safety targets. We continuously aim to enhance our practices, programs, training and procedures so that we can continue to grow safely.
