Our offshore operations in the Dutch North Sea demonstrate our ability to execute complex offshore projects and deliver high levels of operational performance. Our oil production comes from two Petro-Canada operated fields. Both are gravity-based platforms with shuttle-tanker oil export. The commitment of our team has resulted in consistently high reliability and excellent volumetric performance at both fields. Hanze (45% working interest) is our original operated field in the Netherlands. Since first oil in 2001, it has operated without a single lost-time incident. The estimated ultimate recovery at Hanze has grown 50% since approval of the final development plan. In 2006, we achieved first oil from another Petro-Canada operated oil development, called De Ruyter field (54.07% working interest). We delivered De Ruyter on time and on budget, and plateau production was achieved ahead of schedule. Since start-up, De Ruyter production has been ahead of expectation and is likely to see an increase in ultimate recovery. Petro-Canada recently made three gas discoveries near the De Ruyter platform and is currently assessing regional gas development options. Petro-Canada also has interests in non-operated natural gas production in the "L" and "P" areas and holds a 12% interest in the onshore Bergen gas storage facility.
